No exchanges or refunds are allowed for minor variations in colour or design. These variations are inherent to the handcrafting process and are considered normal characteristics of handmade products.

Please select sizes according to your child’s age. If your baby is taller or healthier than average, we recommend choosing one size up for a comfortable fit.

Damaged Product Policy:

We accept returns or refunds only in cases where the product is damaged. To request approval, please share a clear 360-degree unboxing video in which the damaged area is clearly visible within the same continuous clip (no cuts or pauses).
